Special Operations Group: Assesment and Selection

Also known as SOG-AS. The assessment training course for soldiers who wish to attend Operator School. Participants are not given quantifiable performance metrics, and are not told what level of performance is required to pass. There are unknown minimum standards for passing, but the actual number of graduates from each cadre is based on the needs of the various Special Operations Groups. This means that even meeting the minimum standards does not guarantee a pass; one must with all the other passing candidates for one of the (also secret) number of seats in the next cycle of Operator School. The average pass rate is 7.3%.
