Also known as Neanderthals. Classified as Homo Sapiens Neanderthalensis, or sometimes Homo Neo-Neanderthalensis. Descended from a group who used in-vivo genetic modification to convert themselves into the formerly extinct subspecies of humanity, as well as some children engineered in-vitro by their parents to the same end. Psychologically identical to Mainline humans, they are distinguishable by their reduced chins, sloping foreheads, heavy brows and larger noses.
