A SOG unit which specializes even more than OD-A in counter-insurgency, counter-terrorism and also does intelligence support operations. Their existence is neither confirmed nor denied by the IDF, and remains an open secret. They are widely considered to be even more elite than OD-A, owing to their tighter mission focus.
Detachment Delta is staffed exclusively by Operators from the 77th SOG, and members of the detachment have a cover unit, similar to the 301st LAC with the 4th SOG.
