A mostly fictional LAC unit, used as a cover unit for Operators from Operational Detachment Echo, 4th Special Operations Group. Members of the 4th SOG occasionally will perform duties which would nominally be a part of the LAC’s remit. Under such circumstances, they usually operate using their official cover, but occasionally will still use fictional names and unit assignments while in the field to create confusion that would help keep their real affiliation a secret. In order to help maintain the secrecy of the 4th SOG, Operators from other LAC units will occasionally be ordered to use fictional names and units, as well.
